As a result of the excellent bilateral army cooperation and its deepening, the military orchestra of the Honor Guard Battalion from the Macedonian Army and the military orchestra of the Armed Forces of Italy, for the first time, held a one-hour concert at the Military Stadium in the City Park in Skopje. The musical performance was under the motto “Sounds of Friendship”, during which several musical numbers from the repertoires of the orchestras were performed.
After playing the national anthems and numerous songs of different genres in front of the audience from the General Staff, the Ministry of Defense, the Embassy of Italy and the military diplomatic corps, the long-standing friendship and alliance between the Army of the Republic of North Macedonia and the Armed Forces of Italy was enriched with another form of cooperation.
The realization of these joint musical performances, as well as the all-night concert events with the orchestras of the allied NATO armies further strengthens the ties and interoperability with the allies in all fields of military cooperation.
