During the past two days, as part of the planned activities of the general staff certain number of the key personnel together with the Chief of General Staff conducted a commander reconnaissance in the zone of responsibility in the western part of our country.
The purpose of this activity is reconnaissance of the area and is part of the training for operational planning and perception of the military-geographic characteristics of the terrain, organization of the defense and the manner of cooperation and coordination with the other subjects of the defense system.
Within the commanding reconnaissance, a march was conducted certain strategic military facilities of the Army and, cultural and historical landmarks in this region were visited. The participants of the march also visited the Tose Proeski Memorial House in Krushevo.
