The thick fog that was present this morning at the military part of the International Airport – Skopje in the barracks “Strasho Pindzur” did not prevent the army “Santa Claus” from landing with the military transport helicopter from the Air Force WING and making happy about 400 children who were looking forward to this event.
After a short flight with the military transport helicopter from the Air Force WING, the army “Santa Claus” handed out New Year’s packages. Then the children, accompanied by their loved ones, had the opportunity to warm themselves up with hot army tea, take photos with their most beloved New Year’s person, and view some of the helicopters.
This traditional event, which has been organized by this Air Force Unit of the Army for many, this year, also caused great interest among the children of the members of the Army and the Ministry of Defence, as well as everyone else who attended the event.
