Military-Medical Center (MMC) from the Logistics Support Brigade celebrated December 21, the Day of the Unit with a military ceremony which is part of the activities for celebrating 25 years of the establishment of the Army of the Republic of Macedonia.
The Commander of the Logistics Support Brigade, Colonel Cvetko Janevski, congratulated the day of the unit and also emphasized that it was a pleasure to have a unit within the brigade with such a specificity, where the personnel of this center besides the military function also provides a dominant humanitarian component.
Lieutenant Colonel Mineva Irena, a Commander of MMC in her address to the present audience emphasized that the military health care in this case represented by the MMC is an indivisible part of everyday work of an army, whose mission is preservation and promotion of health of the ARM personnel, including maintenance of the combat readiness of ARM.
On this occasion, congratulations, promotions, awards and stimulating measures for achieved professional results of the MMC personnel were announced. In addition, the retired personnel from last year were given acknowledgements.
The guests at this ceremony, besides the Commander of the Joint Operations Command, Brigadier Zoran Mileski, included Commanders of the Commands and Units of ARM, representatives of GS of ARM, retired commanders and members of MMC and other guests.
By a decree of the President and the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Macedonia December 21 is determined as the day of MMC when MMC is promoted and officially opened as the highest medical institution of ARM.
