Today, in the Center for Individual Training, within the Training and Doctrines Command, a ceremony was held on the occasion of the completion of the training course for career advancement.
This course is the first course designed to educate senior non-commissioned officers and the purpose of this course is for trainees to upgrade their military competencies to perform non-commissioned officer duties at the senior non-commissioned officer level.
During the course, the trainees gained knowledge from the effective application of the professional relationship with officers within the command team, as well as topics of positive influence on the personal development of the individual through the processes of mentoring, counseling, conflict management and stress management and other competencies that are crucial for the development of the non-commissioned officers’ career.
During the ceremony, in his address, the Commander of the Individual Training Center congratulated the non-commissioned officers for the successfully completed course and emphasized their commitment during this pilot course and the three-months training, and also said that the transfer of knowledge and skills to their subordinates is of immense importance to the progress of the overall training.
The top three trainees were awarded certificates of commendation and the top trainee of the course was awarded a coin for exceptional effort and achievement by the Army Command Sergeant Major.
