In accordance with the Annual Working Plan for 2019 of the Training and Doctrine Command, at the Individual Training Center the Sergeant major course ended. 14 NCOs, service men of the Army successfully completed the course.
The goal of this course is for the attendees to become familiarized with the duties and responsibilities of the Company Sergeant Major. During the process of the training on the course, the attendee NCOs gained knowledge in carrying out personnel management and administration in the unit, introduction to the concept for professional development of NCOs in ARM, handling stress and stressful situations, motivation of subordinates, discipline and morale of the unit, as well as knowledge related to the international humanitarian law and law of armed conflict NATO structure, and issues related to soldiers and NCOs.
During the ceremony the Commander of the Individual Training Center Lieutenant Colonel Muhamed Ibraimi presented the attendees with certificates for a successfully completed course and wished them a prosperous work in the future as well as application of the gained knowledge and experience.
The best participant on the course was given a coin from the Sergeant Major of ARM for his considerable effort and achieved results, which was awarded by the Sergeant Major of the Training and Doctrine Command Ljupcho Stojkov.
