Mission and Tasks

Mission:
RFC mission is manning, reinforcing, and replacing the Army’s active service personnel, in order to enhance Army capabilities to defend the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Republic of North Macedonia in the event of armed conflict, and crisis, as well as participating in international operations.

Tasks:

To defend the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Republic of North Macedonia in the event of armed conflict and declared martial law;
To put in operational use all active reserve units and their elements;
To maintain combat readiness;
To conduct training and exercises in order to reach and maintain necessary level of combat readiness of all reserve service personnel;
To create, keep, maintain and improve necessary documents for managing and establishing active reserve forces;
To give administrative support for service personnel support;
To take measures and actions to protect classified information;
To organize and take preventive measures against threats to the unit;
To support government institutions in the event of emergency and crisis.
