
Mission:
Preparation and realization of foreign language courses for the needs of the members of the Ministry of Defence and the Army.
Tasks:
- Prepares Plans and Programs for organization of foreign language courses;
- Delivers foreign language courses for the needs of the personnel of the Ministry of Defence and the Army;
- Conducts testing for the needs of the Ministry of Defence and the Army;
- Develops and delivers specialized courses;
- Plans and organizes seminars for upgrading the knowledge of the professors and instructors.
Natasha Andonova-Jovanovska
Natasha Andonova-Jovanovska was born in 1972 in Veles, where she completed her primary and secondary education. After graduating from the Faculty of Philology at the “Ss. Cyril and Methodius” University in Skopje, Department of English Language, in 1994, she began her professional career in Veles, working at then Pioneer Center “Gjore Organdzhiev”. Two years later, she continued at the Primary School “Vasil Glavinov” as an English language teacher.
In 2002, she started working in Skopje on the Peacekeeping English Project (PEP) at the British Embassy, serving as an English language instructor. In 2008, she continued her career at the Foreign Languages Training Center (FLTC) within the Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) of the Army of the Republic of North Macedonia, initially as an English language instructor and later as Head Instructor for Training.
She further advanced her academic education by completing a one-year Teacher Trainer Seminar – ARKA, organized by the British Council in Zagreb, Croatia from 2006 to 2007. Later, she earned a Master’s degree in Applied Linguistics from FON University in Skopje in 2016.
Throughout her long professional career, she has participated in numerous seminars, courses, and conferences in-country and abroad, both as a participant and as a facilitator. Additionally, in 2007, she served as a facilitator in the Project for Newly Qualified English Language Teachers in Kavadarci, organized by the Bureau for Development of Education of the Republic of North Macedonia.
Natasha has been a national representative for military terminology standardization for the Army for the past six years. Since 2016, she has been a facilitator on the Language Standards and Assessment Seminar (LSAS) at the Bureau for International Language Coordination (BILC) at the George C. Marshall European Center for Security Studies in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany. In 2025, she became a member of the facilitator team of the NATO Defence Education Enhancement Programme (DEEP) – Armenia.
During her career, she has received multiple commendations and awards, including certificates of appreciation and award leave, as well as a Bronze Badge for Ten-Year Service in the Army in 2021.
She is married and has two children.
