Colonel Zvonimir Saveski
Colonel Zvonimir Saveski was born in 1969 in Tetovo. He finished High School of Economics – law department in Gostivar, and 1992 graduated from the Naval Academy – naval department in Split (former Yugoslavia), and the same year he started his military career in the Army.
During his military career he has had commander duties in artillery and AD units, the cadet battalion at the Military Academy, and staff duties at the Logistics Support Command and the Army General Staff. He has been the Chief of the Office for Information Coordination and Management at the Army General Staff since December 2020.
During his military career he has completed many courses in the field of personnel management, Turkish language courses, Personnel Management Information Systems Course, International Humanitarian Law Course, Public Relations Course, and in 2007/2008 he attended and graduated from the Command and Staff College in the Republic of Turkey. In 2007 he participated in the peace operation “Resolute Support” in IR Afghanistan.
He has received many awards and commendations for his work, such as a Certificate of Appreciation by the Minster of Defence, time-off award by the the Chief of the Army General Staff, Army Service Silver Badge by the Minister of Defence and Army Service Golden Badge by the Chief of the Army General Staff. He speaks Turkish fluently.
